Quality, inclusivity, and attention to detail aren't just catch phrases for us, we apply them to everything we do inside the company walls and out.</p><p></p><p>The people we hire are, like us: passionate • inclusive • honest • warm • focused • curious • enthusiastic • and fun!</p><p></p><p>Beyond Yoga's product development team is growing and looking for a full-time <b><span>International Wholesale Account Associate</span></b></p><p></p><p><b>What you'll do:</b></p><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service to all international accounts</li><li>Partner with international sales team to manage and ship the order book on time</li><li>Provide timely and accurate responses to emails from both accounts and sales reps</li><li>Deliver clear and organized communication and information to accounts and reps on order updates, delays, fabric shortages and opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Carry out all necessary changes to existing orders due to availability, delays, or other issues that may arise</li><li>Partnering with Sales and Accounts Receivable on payment issues (wire transfers, credit holds, etc)</li></ul><ul><li>Acquire proper documentation and approvals prior to issuing returns and credits</li><li>Troubleshoot and research orders and shipping complications with 3PL, DHL, FedEx and other carriers for expedited resolution</li><li>Create RA's and credits for returns and damaged garments</li><li>Review and maintain routing and compliance guidance</li><li>Close coordination with Finance & Accounting team for reporting internally on chargebacks and contesting with accounts as necessary</li><li>Assist sales reps with managing portals for key international accounts</li><li>Assist with any necessary international paperwork and documents including but not limited to commercial invoices, NAFTA and COO</li><li>Assist with account distros on key international accounts</li></ul><ul><li>Provide backup Customer Service support for our wholesale support team members when time permits<br /> </li></ul><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years experience as a customer service representative working with accounts outside the US in a wholesale environment</li><li>Exceptional communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Strong experience working in Excel and quick to pick up new software</li><li>Experience with Salesforce, RLM, JOOR, EDI is a plus</li></ul><p></p><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
