Beyond Yoga: Site Merchandising Associate
<h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></h2><p>The Site Merchandising Associate will own foundational tasks related to product and content set-up including: upload, and categorization of new product, upload of new site campaigns, and consistent delivery of a best-in-class customer experience. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and ecommerce teams, as well as external vendors to deliver timely and accurate product launches, content refreshes, and price changes. You will also support related merchandising and marketing initiatives, bringing a consistent customer focus to their role.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage all day-to-day site management activities, including seasonal/monthly launches, daily optimizations, and ad hoc troubleshooting</li><li>Embrace a mobile-first approach to all initiative planning and Q/A processes</li><li>Receive product and marketing assets and ensure they are organized and launched in a timely, accurate manner</li><li>Conduct daily site checks to ensure all pages are properly loading, and assortments are optimized to showcase newness, top sellers, and full size runs</li><li>Review site analytics to identify opportunities to drive up site conversion and revenue</li><li>Maintain up-to-date backend, ensuring that unused product/category tags are archived as-needed</li><li>Pursue learning opportunities with cross-functional partners and leaders, to ensure you are constantly learning and evolving your skillset</li><li>Execute price changes in partnership with planning team, and in line with markdown cadence</li><li>Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity<br /> </li></ul><p><b>Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>BA degree</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment</li><li>Collaborative, team player</li><li>Passionate about apparel and ecommerce</li><li>Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and manage systems/tools</li><li>Understanding of retail and e-commerce industry</li><li>Beginner-to-intermediate proficiency MS Office applications***<br /> </li></ul><p><span>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
