A top firm in Brentwood seeking a highly skilled litigation paralegal with expertise in plaintiff personal injury cases, including those involving brain and spine injuries, auto accidents, and other complex claims. This position requires a proactive individual comfortable managing cases and maintaining close client relationships throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery requests in cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, product liability, burn injuries, and animal bites.
• Prepare demands, mediation briefs, arbitration briefs, and assist in trial preparation.
• Summarize depositions and medical records, identifying critical elements to support claims.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather discovery responses and guide them through the litigation process.
• Engage with insurance companies, medical providers, and other entities to obtain necessary case information, demonstrating persistence and professionalism.
• Collaborate with attorneys to strategize case development and prove general damages.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of plaintiff personal injury litigation, including high-value claims.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Comfortable building close working relationships with clients and maintaining effective communication.

Details:

• Salary: $100,000-$120,000.

• Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, 7.5-hour workday.
