Key responsibilities include serving as a key point of contact for clients on any non-administrative requests/needs while supporting relationship management activities and developing, implementing, and monitoring the team's client service model. Job expectations include assisting with client meetings related to investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and acquisition. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Tracks all client actions/activities to ensure the highest level of client service is provided, while presenting time sensitive updates to the team and monitoring and reporting on client satisfaction</li><li>Attends client review meetings to assist with relationship deepening conversations</li><li>Executes on the team service model, including engaging with specialists/partners to address client's needs</li><li>Manages aspects of the client relationship process, including client onboarding and resolving escalations</li><li>Assists the Financial Advisor team and/or Senior Business Managers in developing and monitoring the team's client book segmentation strategy</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support</li><li>SAFE ACT Registration; ADV-2B Required</li><li>Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm approved designation</li><li>Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority</li><li>Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once</li><li>Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services</li><li>Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions</li><li>Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Account Management</li><li>Business Acumen</li><li>Client Management</li><li>Client Solutions Advisory</li><li>Portfolio Management</li><li>Referral Identification</li><li>Referral Management</li><li>Relationship Building</li><li>Administrative Services</li><li>Client Investments Management</li><li>Customer Service Management</li><li>Process Simplification</li></ul>Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40</div>
