Operations and Production Supervisor – Driving Account-Level Operational Excellence at Pasha Automotive Services The Pasha Group, a trusted leader in transportation and logistics for over 75 years, is seeking an experienced Operations and Production Supervisor to oversee automotive operations for assigned customer accounts within Pasha Automotive Services. Lead Account-Focused Production Operations
In this role, you’ll provide daily direction to account service staff, operations teams, and production labor to ensure processing, safety, quality, service delivery, and billing activities are executed accurately and on time. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into disciplined execution, apply continuous improvement practices, and maintain strong operational controls. What You’ll Be Responsible For - Daily Operations Supervision: Schedule, monitor, and supervise work assignments, productivity, and quality across assembly, accessory installation, quality control, final inspection, and processing interfaces.
- Customer & Account Execution: Manage service delivery in alignment with customer requirements, timelines, and contractual commitments, including direct customer communication as needed.
- Safety Leadership: Monitor and enforce safety practices as standard operating behavior in accordance with OSHA, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Process & Quality Management: Execute SOPs within the Pasha Operating System and apply LEAN Manufacturing principles to improve quality, productivity, and revenue.
- Audit Readiness & Compliance: Prepare for and participate in ISO and customer audits; conduct inspections to ensure audit readiness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain quality and efficiency targets, post daily results, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- People Development: Conduct time studies and operational reviews; provide data-driven coaching, feedback, recognition, and corrective action to employees.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Parts, Labor, Safety, Training, Client Services, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and information flow.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Perform audits, data entry, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accurate metrics, visibility of outcomes, and trend analysis.
- Billing Support: Work with accounting to ensure all services performed are accurately captured and included in monthly billing cycles; reconcile month-end tooling and labor usage.
What You Bring - Education: Associate degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in a production or operations environment
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Automotive vehicle processing experience strongly preferred
- Operational Strength: Solid understanding of safety practices, quality systems, SOP execution, and continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage competing priorities, analyze data, and drive timely, accurate execution.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Certifications: Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record and a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
