Join us!<br> </p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Line of Business Job Description</u></b></p><p></p><p>Full time employee to work within the AMRS Global Markets Anti-Money Laundering Client Due Diligence (AML/CDD) onboarding function. Responsibility to ensure AML compliance with bank policies and country laws, rules and regulations (LRR’s).</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Review and approval of KYC cases, ensuring strict adherence to process SLAs, productivity targets, quality metrics, and KPIs/KRIs</li><li>Ongoing internal stakeholder management</li><li>Confirms loan documentation for accurate trade settlements</li><li>Partners with Sales Associates, Traders, Research Analysts, trading counterparties, internal and external attorneys, administrative agent banks, and various other internal operations groups</li><li>Manages post-trade management and logistics, settlement pricing, and closing coordination</li><li>Analyzes and resolves highly complex operational problems</li><li>Supports ad-hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives</li><li>Processes loans end-to-end with accurate data input into various credit and operating systems</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of AML/CDD requirements (Subject Matter Expert - SME)</li><li>A good knowledge of various corporate structures e.g. Funds, Trusts, Partnerships, SPVs, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a team environment</li><li>Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and diverse backgrounds</li><li>Control focused mindset and good understanding of regulatory and reputational risks</li><li>Operational Excellence (OpEx) mindset - continuously look to advance technology, process and procedures</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Other Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions</li><li>Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward</li><li>Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs – is a continuous learner</li><li>Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change.</li><li>Participates in and drives collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base</li><li>Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Shift:</b></p>1st shift (United States of America)<p></p><p></p><p><b>Hours Per Week: </b></p>40</div>
