Having to say thank you and being ecouraging to someone who was in need of the encouragement was an easy task for me because my work as a behavioral therapist puts me in that space daily. What was more difficult was to carve out time and space to let someone know that they are doing a good job. When I realized this I wondered how many opportunities had I missed to say to someone that they were doing a good job. It was probably too many times because I am so driven and focused on what I want to do that I can have a blind spot that keeps me from seeing the obvious. Number nine challenged me to stretch and get beyond my cause and smell the roses that others bring to the picture. Thank you 21 day focus team for being supportive with the messages you are doing a great job and I have benefited by getting in touch.
