I find it very important that each of us make it a point to do some form of exercise everyday.
SPIRITUAL EXCERCISE:
Spiritual exercise is a MUST! Start each new day by excercising quality 'TIME' with your Heavenly Father in prayer. Apply II Tim. 2:15 daily to our spiritual exercise that we may be fully equipt for the battle's ahead. Remember we are in constant warfare with the adversary. It's imperative that we be spiritually strong and prayed up at all times, because the adversary is looking to catch us at our most weakest points in order to devour us. Also remember that the word of God say's that 'WE MUST ALWAYS (Exercise) PRAY!'
PHYSICAL EXCERCISE:
Any form of Cardio exercise will do (Re: Day # 5 Challenge). *20 min.-1 hour a day will be ideal.
NUTRITIONAL/DIETARY EXCERCISE:
It very important that we watch what we eat as much as possible. Try to maintain a healthy eating habit (Re: Day # 5 Challenge). It is even more important that we remember to drink lots of water each day to help with the cleansing process by flushing our bodies of all toxins.
SOCIAL EXERCISE:
Remember that as we go throught this 21day focus fast that we are to be socially in Tip-Top shape as well. We're encouraged to watch the type of conversation's that we engage ourselves in. We are to watch what we say, hear and even think. It's very important that we're mindful of the company we keep (Re: Day # 4 Challenge ).
